Low-Carbon Development Plan and Low-Carbon Information Platform Construction in Wuzhou City, Guangxi Autonomous Region

Wuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region lies at the border of Guangdong and Guangxi. In recent years, how to coordinate economic development with the ecological environment protection has become a difficult problem facing the city. Basing on the existing industrial structure and the location advantages of development of Wuzhou City, with the concept of low-carbon & energy-saving development as its core, the plan presented a series of suggestions for the urban functional zoning, industrial layout development, related system establishment and supporting policies during the 13th and 14th Five-Year Plan of Wuzhou City. The work has successfully passed the joint inspection and acceptance organized by the governments of autonomous region and autonomous municipal, becoming the basic, guiding, and programmatic documents for the construction of local authorities.
