iCarbon provides capacity-building services in the green and low-carbon field, and maintains long-term in-depth cooperative relationships with governments at all levels, domestic and foreign universities, and research institutions at all levels. iCarbon has completed more than 35 topics of variety on allowance allocation, low-carbon planning, ecological compensation, carbon inclusiveness, etc., and engaged in the compilation of publications such as "Low-Carbon Development in China" and "Blue Book of Low-Carbon Economy in China". iCarbon has completed more than 30 greenhouse gas inventory projects entrusted by governments of provincial, municipal, and county from Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Henan, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Guizhou and other provinces, including multiple national low-carbon pilot cities of second and third batches. The results have passed the acceptance inspections by experts from the Climate Department and the Climate Change Strategy Center of National Development and Reform Commission.

iCarbon develops emission reduction methodologies for energy conservation and emission reduction technologies to quantify emission reduction and clarify follow-up monitoring methods. At the same time, the review operation and additionality standards are determined to provide a clearer basis for the compilation and verification of project design documents.
