Liupanshui City Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory

Liupanshui, cool city of China, is a city under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province, and it is the only city named after its climatic characteristics in China. It is the main city performing the responsibility of the China's "West-East Power Transmission", and also an important energy and raw material industrial base in Southwest and even South China. Entrusted by the local administrative department, iCarbon compiled the Liupanshui greenhouse gas emission inventory, which has passed the assessment of industry experts. This project has promoted the city's "energy saving and emission reduction" work in a better and faster approach.
