Handan City’s "13th Five-Year Plan" for Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction

Handan, a city under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, lies at the southern end of Hebei Province, and borders 3 provinces of Shanxi, Shandong and Henan. It is a big city with urban population of more than one million, and a “quire big city” with local legislative powers approved by the State Council. iCarbon is commissioned to compile Handan City's implementation plan for controlling greenhouse gases, which has passed the review. The plan has promoted the progress of the city's greenhouse gas emission reduction work to a large extent.
