Methodology of Beijing Motor Vehicle Voluntary Emission Reduction Project

Entrusted by Beijing Green Exchange, basing on the existing research progress of greenhouse gas emission reduction methodology and combing with the Beijing’s current transportation situation, iCarbon compiled the voluntary emission reduction methodology to provide a measurement method for the carbon emission reduction benefits of vehicle’s green transportation, to provide basis for WeChat mini-program application of Beijing Vehicle to apply for voluntary emission reduction transactions, and to promote citizens' awareness of energy conservation, emission reduction and green travel through the mechanism of the carbon market.
